To make your purchase even more manageable, we offer flexible payment options: pay in full or choose our convenient payment plans. For dresses over £600, pay with a 25% deposit followed by 6 monthly payments. For gowns under £600, it’s a 25% deposit and then just 3 monthly payments. We recognize that scheduling an appointment within regular business hours isn't always possible, so we've tailored our availability to meet your needs. We offer evening appointments during the week, and our doors are open for weekend appointments throughout the day. 2. What Sizes Are Available in Your Collection?

Our collection caters to every bride with sizes ranging from 8 to 26, ensuring a variety of choices for everyone. It's important to note that some of our dresses have been previously altered, which means brides may comfortably fit into gowns up to three sizes different from their usual high street size. If you have specific size requirements, do let us know before your appointment. We'll make sure to prepare a selection that showcases the best options for you.

In your appointment, you can try on several dresses based on your style and budget. Our team will guide you in selecting a few initial options, and we'll refine choices based on your feedback for a comfortable and enjoyable fitting experience.

4. What Is Your Cancellation Policy for Appointments?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another bride. For last-minute changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
